Welcome to Lawnberry. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling services, or using any Lawnberry services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Lawnberry provides residential and commercial lawn care, landscaping, and related outdoor maintenance services. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and property accessibility.

2. Quotes & Estimates
All quotes and estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection or submission. Final pricing may change if additional work, materials, or unforeseen conditions are identified before or during service. Lawnberry will communicate any significant changes before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

3. Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. While Lawnberry strives to arrive within the scheduled timeframe, arrival times may vary due to weather, traffic, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and ensuring that the service area is free of hazards, obstacles, and personal belongings that could interfere with service. Customers should also secure pets and disclose any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other conditions that may affect the work.

5. Payments
Payment is due according to the terms provided on your invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Lawnberry reserves the right to suspend or refuse future services for unpaid balances.

6. Cancellations
Customers may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled service date. Requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may not qualify for a refund and may be subject to applicable cancellation charges.
Recurring service plans may be canceled by contacting Lawnberry or through the customer account, if available. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled service to avoid charges for the upcoming visit.

7. Weather & Delays
Service schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, unsafe working conditions, equipment failure, or other event

8. Limitation of Liability
Lawnberry is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, hidden property conditions, underground utilities not disclosed by the customer, or restricted property access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lawnberry's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Lawnberry website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, is the property of Lawnberry or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms
Lawnberry reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of our website or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
